I have discovered a significant discrepancy between an object's position in Sibelius and the position in a PDF (created by PrimoPDF).

See attached screenshot, looking at the position of the upper tempo marking at bar 37.

I tried to create the PDF again, same problem.

Interestingly, when I turned off Magnetic Layout for the tempo marking (and manually tweaked the position to what it was under ML) it printed to PDF exactly as in the score.

It sounds as if you need to "Freeze Magnetic Layout positions" before you print to PDF.

Thanks Robin, I hadn't thought to add that to my workflow. With PDFs until now I always trusted in WYSIWYG
