How does one add a double staccato to a note with a repeat slash? How does one get Sibelius to playback two staccato notes instead of one?

House Style > Edit Symbols > Articulation Row, first empty slot > Edit > Add > choose double dot > OK. Now you can use the 4th Keypad, little square (=) to create the double dot as an articulation.
Playback automatically respects the slash or slashes.
