How might I move my house styles from Sibelius 6 to 7

Also, there are keyboard shortcuts I created in 6 that improve my workflow

Must I re-create those as well in 7?

Daniel has previously advised:

You can copy the various folders you have in C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Roaming\Sibelius Software\Sibelius 6 to C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Roaming\Avid\Sibelius 7. Rename your 'Menus and Shortcuts' folder to 'Keyboard Shortcuts'.

If you're not on Windows the details are different, but the principle the same.

to:

/Library/Application Support/Avid/Sibelius 7


You still need to rename 'Menus and Shortcuts' to 'Keyboard Shortcuts'.

Your user-level data on Mac is at /Users/[your username]/Library/Application Support/Sibelius Software/Sibelius 6, and should be copied to /Users/[your username]/Library/Application Support/Avid/Sibelius 7.

Rename the 'Menus and Shortcuts' folder to 'Keyboard Shortcuts' for Sibelius 7 to pick it up.

Wheat,

In Finder, press and hold Alt then select Go on the Menu bar. You will see the Library folder listed.

While I was looking for the house style folder and reading this thread I realized that my /Users/[my username]/Library/ folder is hidden...
I found it greyed out after reading John Fletchers tip:

This was never the case in Leopard. If I try to find a file in this map with Spotlight it is not found.
Is this normal?
