I get two error messages when loading Sibelius 6.

The first states that "program can't start because of dvm.dll is missing from your computer," and the other gives an R6034 error message that reads: "An application has made an attempt to load the c run-time library incorrectly." This last persists until I abort Sibelius.

I suppose that these are problems with drivers but beyond that I have no idea on how to fix these problems. Microsoft technical help on the latter is too geeky for my understanding.

Please, help.

For the second problem, see http://www.sibelius.com/helpcenter/en/a563.

I'm afraid I have no idea what DVM.dll is: it's certainly not part of Sibelius or any of the components that come with Sibelius.
