Sib. 5.2: Registration problem
Posted by Heidi Barthel - 18 Oct 10:17PM (edited 19 Oct 08:01AM)
I bought the Sibelius 5.2 Competitive Crossgrade Edition and when I got the registration code for it, I went to register it online. When I tried to register, it told me that it was already registered but when I start up Sibelius it says it's an unregistered copy and I never registered it. I can't save either because my 15 days are up because I can't get it registered. After telling me it's already registered, it'll start Sibelius up and then a pop up will appear telling me

"Sibelius 5 cannot be registered now. You may need to log into your computer using the administrator account you used to install Sibelius 5. If you have updated Sibelius 5 since you wrote down the Computer Number, you will need a new Registration Number."

I am logged in as administrator on my computer and I didn't upgrade anything. I simply installed Sibelius5, got my Registration code, and then tried to register. How do I fix this? Should I try to re-install?

Sibelius, I'll do my best to help you.
