Double click to a sib file is opening no score, but the parts after pressing "w". That only happens in some cases. What is going on? This only occures at the G5 Power PC (Apple), at the Powerbook (Intel) does it works correctly. If I open such a worse file with the Intel Mac, saving it new and then with the G5, als things are correct.

Hi there

Try unticking 'Restore score window size and positions' on the Files page of Preferences, and see if that helps.

I thought this was fixed in 5.2.5. The like of bug fixes says:

"If you have Restore score window sizes and positions switched on (on the Files page of Preferences) and leave a score window maximised on a secondary display that is no longer connected to your computer when you next open the score, the score window is now correctly repositioned on the primary display, rather than opening up completely out of view (Mac only). "

Is there a separate problem that does not involve multiple monitors? Or did the bug not really get fixed?

The bug is fixed, but you may need to delete the ScorePos.xml file in
/Users/[your username]/Library/Application Support/Sibelius
Software/Sibelius 5/ to allow Sibelius to correctly position score
windows that you have already opened in a previous version in Sibelius
5.2.5.
