Sibelius ultimate perpetual deactivated and I can no longer assign a license

My Sibelius ultimate is now in trial mode. When I attempt to use the license in Avid link, I see it as available, but the "use license" button is unusable.

I tried re-installing Avid link and Sibelius, and even just signing out of Avid link. I signed out of avid link, launched Sibelius, and the "use license button" briefly lit up, but then darkened.

Open a case online with Avid Support.

Email me the following so that we can open a support case for you:

- Sibelius system ID
- email address (or email address associated with your My Avid account)
- current operating system version (Mac? Windows? Specify version)
- Screenshot of Avid Link > Products tab showing Avid Link version installed
