The PhotoScore Lite 6 demo lets you try out scanning sheet music with the Sibelius 6 demo.
System requirements
Windows:
- An IBM compatible Pentium or higher PC with Windows 98SE/Me/2000/XP/Vista. At least 192MB RAM - 256MB is recommended or 512MB if using Windows 2000/XP/Vista. If your computer has less than 192MB RAM, contact your supplier for a memory upgrade.
- Your computer should also have a reasonable amount of free hard disk space - at least 40MB and preferably rather more.
- Adobe Reader 6.0 or later should be installed to view PhotoScore’s PDF help.
- A scanner (probably connected to your computer via a USB, Printer or SCSI port), and installed TWAIN or WIA driver software.
- If you want to open PDF files, you should also download and install Ghostscript (11.7MB)
Mac: - An Apple Macintosh Intel/G4/G5 with Mac OS X 10.3 or higher. It should have at least 256MB RAM and 512MB is recommended. If your computer has less than 256MB RAM, contact your supplier for a memory upgrade.
- Your computer should also have a reasonable amount of free hard disk space - at least 40MB and preferably rather more.
- Apple Preview or Adobe Reader 6.0 or later should be installed to view PhotoScore’s PDF help.
- A scanner (probably connected to your computer via a USB, Printer or SCSI port), and installed Mac OS X TWAIN driver software (it is highly recommended you visit your scanner manufacturer’s website and download the latest version – also note that classic Mac OS TWAIN drivers will not work). You may need to contact your scanner manufacturer for information on installing a suitable TWAIN driver. If a Mac OS X TWAIN driver is not available for your scanner, you will need to scan using separate software, save suitable TIFF files, and open these in PhotoScore.
